Nenoli does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No personal data (name, email, phone number) is collected
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No cookies or web tracking technologies
• No crash reporting sent to external servers

All data is stored locally on your iPhone and never leaves your device:

• Music files — imported audio files are stored in the app's sandbox
• Playlists & library — your playlists, liked songs, and library organization
• Preferences — theme color, appearance mode, language, and playback settings
• Listening stats — play counts, streaks, and weekly statistics
• Lyrics — embedded or manually added lyrics for your songs

If you delete the app, all data stored by Nenoli is permanently removed from your device.

Nenoli works entirely offline. The app does not make any network requests to external servers.

The only optional network feature is Wi-Fi Transfer, which creates a temporary local HTTP server on your Wi-Fi network to receive music files from your computer. This connection:

• Only operates within your local Wi-Fi network
• Is only active when you explicitly turn it on
• Does not transmit data to the internet
• Stops immediately when you close the transfer screen or turn it off

Nenoli does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are:

• No ads or advertising frameworks
• No Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar services
• No social media SDKs
• No third-party crash reporting tools

Nenoli does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Since Nenoli does not collect any data, changes are expected to be minimal.
